Hassle-Free Replacement for Damaged Goods
We're committed to ensuring you receive your order in perfect condition. If your product arrives damaged, we offer a simple and straightforward replacement policy. You'll receive a brand new replacement of the exact same model you originally ordered.
Simply meet these conditions and we'll swiftly process your replacement:
- Purchase Timeframe — You purchased the item within the last 7 days
- Original Packaging — You have the item's original packaging
- Damage Documentation — Provide a short video or pictures showcasing the damage as delivered
Replacing Goods
If the product is received in a damaged state, a replacement can be requested through our ticketing system. Send the goods to:

- We will reimburse courier charges up to a maximum of Rs. 60 per return shipment for damaged items
- We recommend an insured and trackable mail service as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment
Gifts
If goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the goods weren't marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
