Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options sorted by preference

  • Blue Dart – Our Primary delivery partner, if BlueDart doesn’t serve your Pincode, we use one of the other couriers below to get the Order delivered to you as soon as possible.
  • DTDC
  • Professional Courier
  • Delhivery

We have also partnered with logistics platforms like Shiprocket ,iThink Logistics & Pickrrr logistics to provide the best and fastest delivery service to our Belfordengland.com customers

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Sunday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address

If you entered your shipping address wrongly, please contact us immediately to change the address before we ship your order.

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once we have shipped your order.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Shipment Time

An approximate time for shipment has been provided which is merely indicative. Products may be shipped either earlier or later depending on the availability of products and other factors. orders are processed within 48 hours.

All our Products will be shipped to the customer in 3-5 days.

Transit Risk

All orders sent by BelfordEngland.com are fully responsible till delivery at no extra cost to customers. In case of loss of order while in transit, Belford England shall re-process the order.

Tracking of Shipment

BelfordEngland.com shall provide details of shipment via email alerts to the customer, once the package is handed across to the carrier agency. The email alerts shall contain the transport/courier agency’s website details along with the tracking number and expected date of delivery. The customer may use the said details to keep a check on the status of the package.

Please note that tracking numbers for orders shipped may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the websites.
