Warranty – Terms & Conditions
- Warranty Coverage
Belford England provides a limited warranty for its leather goods, covering defects in leather material under normal use and conditions. This warranty applies exclusively to the leather components of our products and does not extend to stitching, hardware, or any other non-leather parts. - Warranty Exclusions
The warranty shall not apply under the following circumstances:
a) Exposure to moisture, including but not limited to rain or water
b) Contact with chemicals, oils, perfumes, or any other external substances
c) Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasions, or excessive wear and tear
d) Alterations or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties - Warranty Activation
To activate the warranty, customers must register their product within 10 (ten) days of purchase. Registration can be completed online at www.belfordengland.com/warranty. Failure to register within this timeframe will render the warranty null and void, and the customer will not be eligible for any warranty claims. - Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must:
1. Provide proof of purchase
2. Submit the warranty registration confirmation
3. Contact our customer service team (see Section 6 for contact information) - Limitations
a) The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
b) Belford England reserves the right to determine the validity of any warranty claim at its sole discretion.
c) Replacement products are covered under the remaining term of the original warranty. - Contact Information

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Belford England disclaims all other warranties and conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
By registering your product for warranty, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
