About Belford England How should I care for my leather product?
Keep leather away from prolonged moisture and direct sunlight, and let it air-dry naturally if it gets wet. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth and condition occasionally with a quality leather conditioner. With basic care, genuine leather develops a richer patina over time.
Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day (Monday to Sunday). Delivery across India typically takes 3-5 days, with shipping handled by Blue Dart, DTDC, Professional Courier, and Delhivery.
Shipping policy Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across India. The only exception is pre-order items, which require full payment at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer free international shipping on all orders through carriers including Aramex, DHL, and FedEx. International orders ship within 24 hours; import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns, Replacements & Warranty
What is the return and replacement policy?
If your product arrives damaged, we replace it with a brand-new unit of the same model. Request a replacement within 7 days of purchase, with the original packaging and photos or a short video of the damage as delivered. Return courier charges are reimbursed up to Rs. 60.

Does Belford England have a physical store?
Yes. Our flagship store is at 64, Vepery High Road, Periamet, Chennai 600003. Our warehouse operates from Jai Nagar Colony, Pattalam, Choolai, Chennai 600012.
